Considering hiring us?
Gosh, you’re interested in us?
Wow, it’s like that time at the school disco when a girl looked at us. Except these days there are some pretty good reasons why you should be interested in us.
Three good reasons.
- How we approach a project.
- 14 years’ experience in digital media.
- Why not start here?
Why you’d be better off hiring us.
We’re experts, so you don’t have to be.
All that extra tuition at school, all that bullying for going to chess and computer club - it was worth it. You don’t need to ‘get’ web media or technology, because we understand it perfectly. If you do, well that’s great too because we can have enthusiastic chats about the stuff that gets us all excited. But if you’re not savvy with the terminology, you should know that we’re bilingual – we’re fluent in techno-geek, but we also speak English.
We look at the whole package.
We understand marketing and retail strategy, and we understand all the technology stuff that makes it work. Our experience of the way customers behave online gives us some useful insights too, which means we can offer lots of useful advice on what you should (and shouldn’t) be doing.
We love what we do.
A lot of people have only recently started to explore business using the web. We, on the other hand, have been doing it for the last 14 years – we just haven’t been shouting about it. But although shyness is nice, it can stop you from doing all the things you’d like to, so now we’re coming out of our shell and telling the world about our enthusiasm, experience and how geeky clever we are.
How we approach a project.
This is how we do it.
All it takes is six steps. Walk with us...
1: We listen.
Because we can’t build and cost a complex website (or whatever you need) if we don’t know all the details. It’s a bit like going to the doctor – you’d explain what was wrong in gory detail before hearing about the treatment. And our bedside manner is impeccable. We can come to you, or we can work remotely – your choice.
2: We plan.
The reason our ideas work so well for our customers, aside from us being really, really clever, is that we plan. Down to the smallest detail. Then we give you a proposal document containing actions, dates and costs.
3: We use our heads.
This is the clever bit - once you’ve told us all about the problem, we use our not inconsiderable brains to solve it with an impressive idea that makes you think “These people really are smart, it wasn’t all just marketing drivel”.
4: We make it come alive.
Our customers love this part, because they get to see the progress of their work on a private, secure area of our site dedicated to their project. So whether you live three miles away of on the other side of the planet, you can see it all coming together. We’ve got nothing to be ashamed of.
5: We push the button.
We’re only finished when you say we’re finished. So when you’re happy, just sign on the dotted line and we’ll help you set your new idea free to do its job.
6: We keep an eye on you.
We’re not the type to love you and leave you. This is a new baby we made with you, and we want to care for it. Don’t worry, we won’t ask for a ring or even a drawer in your flat. But we will keep an eye on things like traffic and search engine management so we can help you plan for the future.
13 years’ experience.
We can remember the dot-com boom.
13 years’ experience of Internet marketing and websites.
1995 was the year it all started. Everyone realised the tremendous value of the Internet, and the stock markets lapped it up. Of course it only lasted until 2000, when the dot-com bubble burst. Thousands of companies worldwide just ran out of steam, with their greed getting the better of them.
We, on the other hand, always traded on our brains. Everything we did (and still do) for our customers was based on what their businesses needed, and what would work best for them.
We’re still here.
Along with the likes of Ebay and Hotmail, also founded in 1995, because good ideas work. In fact, over the 13 years we’ve been in business, we’ve learned a great deal about what works and what doesn’t. So on top of our technical knowledge and creativity, we’ve got the benefit of all that experience to draw on.
But don’t worry, we’ve taken all our horrible 90s clothes to the recycling bin.
